I was a little hesitant about going to a car lot. The. I got there and saw the amazing cars. I had been working with Chris via email and he answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I have always hated car shopping that is until I found this place. As soon as I pulled up and saw the variety of inventory I was ready for my new car. Ended up purchasing a Maserati. I bought a 135i back in December from Xsell motors, I am located in California. So this was more difficult then a normal transaction.My sale rep at the time was very informative and easy to work with. They worked well with the transportation company and was not pushy to get a sale. I had a few issues with the vehicle once receiving it, note it's a used car it is bound to happen. Sam did everything in his power to make the matter correct and he did. They sent the title in a timely matter... if I ever end up in Houston I will definitely stop by.
